What this site is
MedicaidOffice.net is a reference resource covering Medicaid programs in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. The site exists because Medicaid information is fragmented — spread across 51 different state agencies, written for administrators, and often difficult for applicants to navigate.
Our goal is accurate, plain-language information that helps people understand whether they might qualify, what the application process involves, and where to go for the official determination. We don't make eligibility decisions. We explain how the programs work.
MedicaidOffice.net covers eligibility requirements, income limits, how to apply, dental coverage, long-term care, renewal procedures, and the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) for every state.
How we keep information current
Medicaid rules change. Income thresholds update annually with federal poverty level adjustments. States add, reduce, or eliminate optional benefits. Federal policy shifts affect eligibility for entire coverage groups.
Each page on this site includes a "last verified" date. We review pages when federal poverty levels update (annually in January), when CMS issues significant policy guidance, and when state-level changes come to our attention. Pages covering rapidly changing areas — like adult dental benefits — are reviewed more frequently.
Despite our review process, some information may be out of date. Always verify current eligibility thresholds and benefit details directly with your state Medicaid agency before making decisions based on this site.
What this site is not
MedicaidOffice.net is not a Medicaid application portal. We do not process applications, make eligibility determinations, or have access to any state enrollment system. If you want to apply for Medicaid, go to your state's Medicaid agency directly — the state pages on this site link directly to each state's official enrollment website.
Nothing on this site is legal advice, medical advice, or financial advice. For guidance specific to your situation, consult a qualified attorney or contact your state Medicaid agency.
