Virgin Islands Medicaid Eligibility Requirements - Non Income

Medicaid covers members of the following groups that meet income, asset, USVI residency, and citizenship criteria:

- pregnant women
- children under age 21
- CHIP children under age 19
- aged 65 and older
- TANF children and adults
- blind
- disabled
