The Medicaid program is a federal and state funded program that serves needy individuals and families who meet financial and other eligibility requirements and certain other individuals who lack adequate resources to pay for medical care.

Connecticut Medicaid Eligibility Requirements - Non Income

Enrollees must be U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents, and Connecticut residents. Must be children ages 0 to 18, or adults, parents, or caregivers living at or below 185% FPL; or they must be pregnant women living at or below 250% FPL.
